Oh my..look at the beautiful back treatment!

















This gorgeous ensemble is in excellent condition and has been well cared for and stored for all these years. Love the puckered effect of the Matelassé fabric, probably a rayon blend, so popular in the 60s. The dress itself has a sheer peach chiffon illusion overlay over a peach acetate bodice and is completely lined. It is accentuated with gold and silver braiding at the waist. The back fastens with a metal zipper and tiny loop closure buttons.

The jacket has the same beautiful lining, is slightly fitted and has the same metallic beading.
